Howdy, y’all! 🌻 Thank you kindly for your interest in our farm-fresh eggs. We’re a small, family-owned farm, just gettin' the hang of things, and here’s how we’re rollin’ right now: Each weekend, we head out to gather up those fresh eggs and bring them back to our home in Watersound Origins, Inlet Beach. Now, I we are not quite ready to put our home address on the ol' internet 😊, so once the eggs are here, what I do, I send out a quick text to let folks know they’re ready for pick-up from the cooler on my front porch.
They are $5 per dozen! Our customers either Venmo us or leave cash in the cash box next to the cooler. We work on a first-come, first-served basis—so the early bird gets the egg, as they say!
If you'd like to join in, just fill out the form below so I can get your contact info and send you a heads-up when we’ve got eggs in stock. I’ll also be putting together a little newsletter once we grow a bit more, so it’d be great to have your email too.
Thank you again, and we sure do appreciate y’all! 🐔🍳
In 2021, we made the decision to buy a 53-acre farm—a dream inspired by Apricot Farms and Polyface Farms, rooted in health, and a wish to build something special for our family. We’re a husband, wife, and a curious nine-year-old boy who embarked on this journey with no farming experience but plenty of interest to learn!
Our story began to take shape in 2020, when Amber was diagnosed with breast cancer. This obvious life-changing event sparked a serious commitment to dive into what might have caused a tumor to grow in what people would have thought of as a pretty health human! Amber’s determination to prioritize her health and understand nutrition, pesticides, toxins and soil inspired us to take a closer look at the food we eat and the life we live.
The farm became one way of embracing that vision. We wanted to cultivate a deeper connection to the earth, to our food, and to each other. It’s not just a farm; it’s an experience. While we’re learning as we go (and making plenty of mistakes along the way), the journey has been so fun for our family.
We’re blessed to have Amber’s parents living on the farm. They are the heart and soul of the land—tending to the orchards, managing the soil, and, most importantly, caring for our beloved flock of hens. These hardworking birds are not only a joy to watch but also provide us with fresh, organic eggs that remind us daily of the beauty of simple, wholesome living.
Our days are filled with dirt, tools, tractors, poop, lessons, and a whole lot of trial and error. Whether it’s planting trees, figuring out what kind of orchard fertilizer to use, chasing runaway chickens, or marveling at the amazing sunsets, this farm has given us more than we ever imagined. It’s taught us about conventional versus regenerative farming, dirt and soil, how poop is gold, and we’re so grateful for the value of slowing down and appreciating life’s simple moments.
We’re for sure NOT experts, but we’re passionate. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that farming isn’t just about growing food—it’s about growing as a human and learning the way god intended us to experience food.
Thank you for being part of our story. Whether you’re here for fresh eggs, a connection to the land, or simply to share in our journey, we’re grateful you’ve stopped by.
